Shipping & Delivery

How will my order be shipped?
An automatically generated tracking will be sent to you so you can track and trace your order. All products are packed securely and travel to your destination on a pallet to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Extra fees may be applicable* for any deliveries hard to access and in remote areas.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once the order is fully processed, shipping can take approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $70 within Canada and the U.S.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?
All customs fees are included in the total cost of all online orders.

Can I track my shipment?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email for your shipment and an estimated delivery date. You will also receive another notification email when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

When your order arrives, our delivery partners will typically contact you to set up a delivery appointment. Appointment availability may vary depending on the delivery partners in your area. Generally, they will deliver Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, but some partners may be able to accommodate alternative times.
